Q: How do I request routine maintenance/repairs (Non Emergency)?

A: For routine, non-emergency issues, please submit a Work Order

Be sure to supply the following information for both situations:

  • Room number or location
  • Details of the problem
  • Your name and telephone number
  • CFC and CC numbers (for billing purposes when appropriate.

Q: My office is too hot / A classroom is too cold.

A: Call 287-7579.

Q: To report washroom related issues.

A: Call 287-7579.

Q: To report a spill or broken glass.

A: Call 287-7579.

Q: To replace overhead lights.

A: Call 287-7579.

Q: To report electrical power to my computer is lost.

A: Call 287-7579.

Q: To obtain a large recycling bin.

A: Call 287-7579.

Q: Whom do I call to follow up on an outstanding Work Order?

A: Please call 416-287-7575 or email   fmdworkorder@utsc.utoronto.ca. Quote the assigned work order number to minimize our response.

Q: Where do I go to recycle batteries, printer cartridges?

A: Used batteries and cartridges can be taken to Central Stores in SW120.
