MGTA04 - Introduction to Management
Winter 2007
MANAGEMENT Welcome to the Home Page for MGTA04 - Introduction to Management II
This 12 week course continues, and builds on the introductory overview of Canadian business and management begun in MGTA03 - Introduction to Management I. This course now shifts away from the background, context and overview delivered in MGTA03, to provide a look the "functional areas" within a business organisation: production and operations, MIS, accounting, marketing, and finance. Students should leave the course with a good overall understanding of the functional areas of a business.
