Overview
Welcome to CSCA48! This is an Introduction to Computer Science II at UTSC. This course builds on the skills covered in CSCA08 (Introduction to Computer Science I) to help you learn fundamental topics in Computer Science.
The primary keys to success in this course are:
- Practice
- Keep up with lecture material
- Practice (seriously, these concepts don't learn themselves)
- Start assignments early
- Practice!

Change in Office Hour Times 2017-07-24My office hours tomorrow (July 25th) will be held from 1-3 instead of the usual 2-4
Make up test for TT2: 2017-07-16The make-up test for Term Test #2 will be held on Thursday July 20 from 2-4pm in MW120. Please brig your completed illness verification forms with you to the test.
Lecture Cancelled Wednesday July 5: 2017-07-02I will be away presenting at ITiCSE this week and thus will not be able to deliver a lecture on Wednesday.
Make up test for TT1: 2017-06-25The make-up test for TT1 will be held on Thursday June 29th from 2-4pm in IC326. Please bring your completed illness verification form with you to the test.
Office Hours for Tuesday May 23: 2017-05-21I have to attend a departmental committee meeting on Tuesday that will run for most of the afternoon. So I will not be available during my normal office hours (2-4). I will be around from 12-1. Or by appointment. I apologize for any inconvenience.
