The office of Planning, Partnerships & Strategic Affairs at the University of Toronto Scarborough provides oversight and leadership in the creation of the campus strategic plan, infrastructure and capital planning, information and instructional technology services, communications, public relations, community development and engagement.

Our job is to help tell the exciting UTSC story, reach out and connect with community partners old and new, and ensure that UTSC is always an accessible, transparent and dynamic place to learn, work and engage with the world at large.
