Women's Only Workout Winter Term 2012 Hours

The Athletics and Recreation Centre supports all users of our facility. In response to a demand for more scheduled workout space, Women's Only Workouts (W.O.W.) was introduced. These exclusive workout times for women take place in the Cardio Theatre.

Women's Only Workout hours for the winter term are:

  • Mondays 9:00 pm - 10:30 pm
  • Tuesdays and Thursdays 2:00 pm - 3:30 pm
  • Wednesdays and Fridays 9:00 am - 10:30 am

 

Winter Term 2012 Gym Schedule

***Please be advised that the gym is booked from 7:00 am to 9:30 pm on Friday, January 27, 2012 for an Extramural Basketball Tournament. There will be no Free Play time on this day.***

  • Monday: 7:00 am - 10:00 am, 1:00 pm - 5:30 pm
  • Tuesday: 7:00 am - 2:00 pm
  • Wednesday: 7:00 am - 10:00 am, 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm
  • Thursday: 7:00 am - 1:00 pm
  • Friday: 7:00 am - 12:00 pm
