Basketball League: Summer 2012

University of Toronto Scarborough has been running a summer Basketball League for over 35 years. During this time we have established a reputation for running a well-organized competitive league that features multiple divisions and play night choices.

Advance Registration for teams that played in Summer 2011 league:

Teams who participated in the league last year and whose players are in good standing will be given advance registration by invitation only. The advance registration period is from March 5 - 18, 2012.

Open Registration:

Registration opens up to new participants on Monday, March 19, 2012.

League Fee:

• $1600 per Team ($400 deposit + balance due prior to the first game)
• $1500 per Team (Early Bird Discount)

Early Bird Discount:

Register and pay in full on or before Thursday, April 5, 2012 by 5:00 pm to save $100 per team!

There are 2 Ways To Register:

1. Register by emailing Randy Thomas, League Convenor, at thomas@utsc.utoronto.ca or by phone at (416) 287-7101 to reserve your spot in the leauge and to arrange payment options.
2. Register in person at the Atheltics Service Counter in the Recreation Centre starting on Monday, March 19, 2012.

Highlights of the league include:

• * Men's "A" (Mondays); "B" (Tuesdays); "C" (Wednesdays) and "C" (Fridays) Divisions
• * 11 weeks of basketball + playoffs from May 4 - August 24, 2012.
• * Board Certified Referees
• * 2-20 minute STOP-TIME halves per game
• * Team nominated ALL-STAR Game, and
• * National High School Federation Rules Apply
