A leader with more than 35 years of delivering excellence in experiential learning, the University Toronto Scarborough - U of T's campus for cooperative education, offers 40+ co-op programs spanning the arts, science, management and business disciplines. Our unique programs are focused on a three-way flexible learning partnership between the students, the employers and the University.
Co-op education alternates practical work placements with study terms, providing students with up to 12 months of work experience relevant to a student's undergraduate degree. Every year, 1500 co-op students are hired locally and internationally and while learning from industry professionals, they contribute not only to the organizations but the communities they work within. Upon graduation, many of our students find full time or contract work with their co-op work term employers, and as alumni return to support our programs through events, workshops and by hiring a co-op student.
While guiding our partners in Co-operative education, co-op program staff delivers the highest level of service to both students and employers. We are here to help you throughout the various stages of your recruitment process and welcome your inquires.
