FOR OVER 30 YEARS, UofT Co-op programs have connected students pursing a Bachelor of Arts, Science or Business Administration degree with employers in Toronto, across Canada and around the world. These employers are tapping into UofT's co-op talent pool of over 1500 students to meet their short term staffing needs, and fulfil longer term hiring or organizational objectives.
The Co-op model enables participating employers, Co-op students and university faculty and staff, to work together in shaping the future and building a foundation of talented, motivated, and experienced citizens who will achieve great things for their communities.
