Learn what Fair Trade is and how your purchasing power can affect producers and farmers in developing countries. We will be using Fair trade products to create a meal. Day 3 of Fall Environment Week 2016.

We will be creating banana bread muffins, zucchini brownies and if time permits, banana fritters; using fair trade bananas, fair trade cocoa, fair trade sugar, campus-grown zucchini and other sustainable products.You will have a chance to learn about Fair Trade, Fair Trade products, your purchasing power, as well as the history of bananas.
