All incoming-first year students are automatically registered for Residence Orientation at no additional cost. Residence Orientation is an exciting program that offers first-year students the chance to get to know fellow students in the residence community and become familiar with their new home in a comfortable yet exciting environment.  We strongly encourage students to participate!

Each resident is required to complete a unit condition report verifying the condition of their residence room at move-in. This is an opportunity for students to identify and report any damaged or missing elements so that they can be fixed and to ensure that they are not held responsible for any damage they did not cause. This form must be completed within 1 business day moving in or your room will be deemed satisfactory.

If you find that anything is missing or damaged at move-in, or throughout the year, you should submit a Maintenance form on the StarRez Portal.

If you have any questions about your move in date, please contact our office before July 30 to discuss: residence.utsc@utoronto.ca.
