    • 1 Large banana, peeled, sliced, frozen

    • ½ Cup plain yogurt

Preparation

      1. Combine all ingredients in blender
      2. Blend until smooth and serve.

      • 1 Can of beans of your choice
      • 2 Tablespoons olive oilBalsamic Bean Dip
      • 1 Tablespoon balsamic vinegar
      • Pita wedges or vegetables sticks

Preparation

      • Puree beans, olive oil and vinegar in processor until smooth
      • Season with salt and pepper
      • Transfer to bowl
      • Drizzle with oil and vinegar

Spicy Watermelon and Pistachios

Ingredients

      • 2 Cups of cut-up watermelon
      • 1 Tablespoon lime juice
      • ½ Teaspoon grated lime zest
      • Pinch of cayenne pepper
      • 2 Teaspoons chopped unsalted roasted pistachios

Preparation

      1. Toss watermelon, lime juice and lime zest in a bowl
      2. Sprinkle cayenne pepper and pistachios.

Ingredients

      • 1 Tablespoon cream cheese
      • 2 Slices of turkey
      • 3 Lettuce leaves
      • ¼ Cup shredded carrots
      • ¼ Cup minced tomato

Preparation

      1. Spread cream cheese over tortillas
      2. Top with lettuce leaves
      3. Arrange turkey slices on top of lettuce
      4. Sprinkle carrots and tomato
      5. Roll tortillas into wraps
      6. Cut wraps diagonally into bite-sized pieces
      7. Secure with toothpicks

Ingredients

      • 2 Eggs

Preparation

      1. Boil eggs in saucepan for 10-15 minutes
      2. Remove from water and place in cold water until cool

      4. Place yolk in bowl
      5. Mix in mustard, mayonnaise, garlic salt, and onion powder with egg yolks
      6. Scoop mixture into egg whites
      7. Garnish with paprika
      8. Refrigerate at least one hour before serving
