Student Helpdesk Support Representative
The IITS Student HelpDesk provides support for all student IT services at UTSC. In addition, assistance is provided to students when using the UTSC computing facilities. Our team consists of 15 enthusiastic UTSC undergraduate students, from a wide spectrum of academics at UofT (not just Computer Science!).
We have three convenient locations to better serve you:
- Bladen Wing BV487
- UTSC Library
- IC35 (directly across from the elevators)
The Student HelpDesk hours of operation vary each semester, as well as during the regular and exam periods. Please be sure to check our hours of operation before dropping by. We also provide support via email and telephone.
