Student Club Support

All Scarborough Campus Student Union clubs are to comply with the followiing guidelines when booking Audio Visual Services equipment . Failure to understand these rules will result in addtional S.C.S.U charges & disciplinary actions.

 

  • All equipment is reserved on a first come first serve basis
  • Confirmation with full payment is required three days prior to event start date
  • SCSU Club is responsible for equipment condition throughout the event duration
  • A.V. rentals may not exceed 10:00 pm Monday thru Thursday & 5:00 pm on Friday
  • Cash or Cheque (to: University of Toronto) payments only
  • SCSU staff or student clubs are prohibited from using all electronic classrooms
    without Audio Visual Services authorization
  • All S.C.S.U events require a confirmed workorder with A.V Services
  • A technician will be present at the start of all club events
  • Detailed equipment price list available at the Audio Visual Services office
