The Food Discussion Cafes (FDC) serve as an educational outlet for celebrating the cultural diversity at U of T Scarborough through food while informing the community about sustainability issues, food security, and food sovereignty.
Open to all students, staff, and faculty, the cafes run throughout the year and feature fun and informative sessions such as how to make herbal infused water with locally grown plants right from our very own IC Rooftop Garden!
