All CUPE 3902 Unit 1 and Unit 3 vacancies can be found at https://www.utsc.utoronto.ca/webapps/cupehiring/ and have been posted in pursuant to the CUPE 3902 Unit 1 and 3 collective agreements.

All pool members who wish to be considered for a particular position must submit an application, an updated curriculum vitae, cover letter, and names and contact information for 2 referees. Those who wish to be considered for Sessional Lecturer and Course Instructor positions should also submit a 1-2 page course description and proposal, outlining key aspects of the course. The application submission should be addressed to Professor Natalie Rothman, Acting Chair of the Department of Historical and Cultural Studies, University of Toronto Scarborough. Please submit these documents by attaching them to your online application at https://www.utsc.utoronto.ca/webapps/cupehiring/

  3. For CUPE 3902 Unit 3 Sessional Lecturer positions, preference in hiring is given to qualified persons holding the rank of Sessional Lecturer II and Sessional Lecturer III
  4. Hiring decisions are typically made in July/August for the fall and winter sessions, and in March/April for the summer session
