If you would like to hold a Final Oral Exam at UTSC, we can assist you with the following details:
- Booking a suitable room;
- Arranging AV support through Information and Instructional Technology Services (IITS);
- Communicating with the home Graduate Administrator so that they know that the details have been taken care of;
- Providing ice water and glasses;
- Accepting the completed Ballots and Chair's Summary and calling in the results to SGS and the home graduate department.
