General Admissions Requirements

  1. The schools shall provide an official document indicating student's ranking in class.
  2. In all matters related to admission to a degree program at UTSC, the Registrar & Assistant Dean (Enrolment Management) of UTSC is the only party who can adjudicate on admission cases. All such decisions will be communicated in writing by UTSC. No other party shall make any promises or commitments, either verbally or in writing regarding admission to any program at UTSC.
  3. Students must meet all UTSC academic standards and course prerequisites to be eligible for admission to UTSC.
  4. Students must successfully pass the "FAIR UTSC" Entrance English Test including the interview late January OR provide the the General Scholastic Ability Test scores for admissions assessment.
  5. Admission to UTSC is on a competitive basis, therefore student's grades will form an important part of the decision making process. Possessing the minimum qualifications does not guarantee entry.
